Seems to record an accurate temperature
I only use the temperature readings, but they seem to be accurate (when placed on top of the room thermostat the reading is the same). I was a bit worried these would not do the job without a hub like more expensive alternatives, but the two sensors were easy to set up and the free Smart Life app is easy to read. You need to pay extra for SMS alerts, but the phone notifications work okay for me. I don't link to Alexa or any other devices.

Handy little value for money device
Took a little time to set up (usual difficulty connecting to home wifi) but works well when away and logging in via the app (no need for passwords etc) so quick and easyJust hope it’s secure and can’t be hacked ???….you hear the scare stories.Good value for the money

Good but one drawback
Easy to install and get going. I bought these to trigger events on Amazon (through a routine with other smart devices) and it does link to that via Smart Life but *WARNING* Amazon does not allow routines linked to them. You can ask Alexa what time temp readings are but it will never initiate any actions through Alexa. HOWEVER it does on Smart life. Smart life lets you set a trigger "if temp goes above or below... do any of several actions". I have enough smart devices linked to SL to get a work around. I was hoping to set an audio warning across all my Alexa devices if the temps go above or below set values. Unfortunately it won't let you do that through Alexa. It's a good item and comes with batteries. I'll be getting rechargeable ones so save a few quid.

Does work, recording well out.
Completely faulty. It is showing the temperature of my fridge at 28 degrees Celsius which is miles off as it should be 4 to 5 degrees Celsius. Humidity is off as well (tested against 3 other products). Have run it for a day or two and have reset it and tried again as seen in the picture. It's pointless if it isn't reliable.

Disappointing Alexa integration
Disappointed with these, as I wanted an alarm that would work with Alexa - I can’t make this work. I’ve searched for methods, but it doesn’t appear possible, so the claim of Alexa integration appears overstated, On a positive note, they are easy to set up, appear accurate and give temp and humidity on the app and temp through Alexa. What they don’t do is notify you through Alexa when a condition is met - I wanted to be told if the temp fell below freezing in the loft, so that I could safeguard the water tank and pipes. No way of doing this through Alexa, so my hoped for safeguard of having a small heater come on via Alexa doesn’t appear possible. You can get a notification through the app, but if you want a text message or email then you have to pay extra - no mention of this in the sales pitch of course!!So, if you want a simple to set up manual temp/humidity monitor then these are ok, but if you are expecting better automation or notifications then you are going to be disappointed.UPDATE: they lasted a year before failing. They can’t be connected to the app or Alexa, so are no longer any use. This is very disappointing and I can no longer recommend them

Useful WiFi enabled monitoring device
Useful having WiFi in a small compact device like this.I checked temperature calibration with my house thermostat and it seems pretty good.I put it to use in my loft where I wanted to have an idea of temperatures and humidity, it has been useful for this, thinking a second device might be good to compare in the hallway below at the same time, not bought a second one yet though.Pictures show what you get to see in the smart life app.I gave it 4 stars for Alexa integration as from what I have seen you cannot trigger routines eg if the device reaches 21C then do some smart action like send a notification or turn on/off a device etc, I didn’t buy it for this purpose.

Disappointing. They don't stick - useless pads.
They work ok, but the adhesive pads are useless. The units drop off and break if they hit a hard floor. I've lost two already because of this, and the cat hid the other one. For goodness sake, provide pads that stick or don't bother. Very disapointed.
