Excellent Product and Customer Service
I purchased this scanner to test for working with a provider's tablet. The scanner is nice and seems of decent quality. I reached out to support for a PDF version of the owner's manual and they responded the next day with a link as well as the manual attached to the email. The one downside I found is that it seems like you have to wait for it to power off automatically rather than being able to turn it off by pressing a holding a button. I configured the scanner to output like our big scanners and it worked great. I sent it to the provider to test and it would not scan the barcodes on the patient wristbands. I reached out to support again about it not scanning Aztec Barcodes. I then read in the manual that they are supported so not sure why it would not scan them. The next day support replied with a QR Code to scan to enable Aztec barcodes and now it works great. We have only had the scanner for a few days but are very impressed with the product support so far. Highly recommend this scanner/brand.

Great barcode scanner
To replace the cabled ones which had issues of connecting properly, I bought that one as recommended by a tech.Love it, easy to handle and very reliable so far.

Accurate, small and reliable barcode reader
A 2d barcode scanner that so far has handled every type of barcode I have thrown at it. With connection through bluetooth and the size of this scanner, it is perfect for market traders / Stall holders.

Works good
The scanner is very light, it has good connectivity with the android phone(Bluetooth), some times it has difficulty to read codebar and you have to try one or two times more to get the code. In general it's not bad at all. As delivery driver I use this scanner every morning and I am ok with it.
