Apparently this happens often with this company.
Right away the dead bolt lock broke and I was unable to lock the door from the inside. I sent a message and when I was contacted he told me he was having Amazon send me a new lock which never happened. Finally ordered one from another company

Locked and then would not unlock
I have installed many of these. Once installed and locked the deadbolt would not open with the key, the key turned its full capacity but the bolt stayed in place. I had to drill through the unit to open it. It was at least very easy to break into.

It fits with no problem, deadbolt was a bit tight when using, probably because being brand new
Used this product for my trailer door, deadbolt broke in the locked position, this one replaced it perfectly
