Have used these for a few months and they still work as well as when new. Four star given because when removing biscuits for the first time one left a biscuit discoloring on the pan. That's not happened since so have no idea why that one area of the pan would have discolored. Perhaps I hadn't done my prewash well enough and there was some residual something on the pan from manufacturing. Who knows. I'm loving all my Copper chef pots and pans and was happy to add these baking sheets to the collection. To guarantee no more stains on my attractive sheets I now line them with parchment paper before using. As you can see in photos, I had ordered both sizes and that has worked well for me.

Works great for awhile.
Great at first but after awhile the coating wears off. It stays stable and does not bend.Worth the moneyhowever.

These are the quality I expect from Copper Chef. If you haven't tried Copper Chef brand pieces ....I highly recommend them. I have invested in very expensive and heavy cookware over the years and end up throwing them out after 3 years. These product is light wait and completely non stick.I just bought my daughter a set of CC pots and pans and she said the same thing I did " I'll never go back - best stuff EVER!

It is ok for a cheap pan. We have had mixed results with things sticking on it. So far though, the coating hasnt come off so that is good. As others have mentioned in their reviews, it does warp a lot. I have noticed that everytime I use at at around 350 degrees F or higher, it will warp badly. So far it has flattened back out after cooling. Because of that, I would not recommend using it with anything that may release juice or grease as it may pool up or spill out due to the warping. For things like cookies, or toast, or anything else like that, it would work fine.

The perfect flat pan for your kitchen
This is a perfect flat pan. First thing that I baked in it was a batch of brownies. I was able to cut directly in the pan and the pan suffered no scratches won't make a habit of doing this, though). No sticking. Easy clean up! Great product.

Non stick but dark coating so food burns
I like the size of this pan, it’s an apartment size version. No food sticks. However, I dislike that my cookies scorch on this pan. I don’t know if the copper is too dark or the metal gets too hot but the bottoms consistently burn. It also doesn’t clean well. Ours has 6 spots from cookies past that I can’t seem to get rid of. Your money would probably be better spent on a different cookie sheet.

These are hands down the best cookie sheets I have ever owned
These are hands down the best cookie sheets I have ever owned. I’ve used them for frozen French fries and baked cookies and everything slides right off. Very easy to clean. The only downside is they are a little on the small side.
