Read the online manual!
It takes a little while to familiarize oneself with the new software, but man is it ever worth it. I had a Z8 unit and it was not even close to this Z10. It is VERY stable and allows one to do numerous things that I could not do on the Z8. I definitly recommend buying this unit. As usual Formuler produces high quality products, and they update the units constantly.

Very good IP TV box
Very good IP TV box. We used dreamlink T2 before but could not find it anymore. Purchased 2 of them. So far, Happy with it!

Improvement over more mainstream options
Fast, powerful, and functional! I find it way better than the typical boxes that come with cable/tv providers and even prefer it to a smart tv or Roku/fire stick/chromecast device. Way more powerful and multi-functional. The remote also feels weighted and has configurable hotkeys

Great boxes
Quality boxes with no issues. Well worth the price since others are more expensive. I've used these for years without any issues.

Disappointed
Horrible customer service. My device malfunctioning after 4 month of use. I reach out there support team but no response & ended up put in recycle.
