Great ravel cup with no nasty smells or taste, which often happens with travel plastic/metal made cups. Looks nice. I really don't care about leak proof, so I haven't rated this characteristic, as I like to drink my coffee strait away on my walk. And it is less heavy then most of the other ceramic cups. Some metal vacuum-insulated might be lighter, but for me ceramics has an advantage of not compromising the taste.

This product met my requirements. I wanted a reusable cup, but found plastic and metal ones left a bad taste. I found no aftertaste in this ceramic cup so I can enjoy coffee again get a discount for using reusable.Note this is not a thermos, so heat will laste just a little longer than a paper cup. That is what I wanted, but don't buy if you are looking for something to stay warm on long journeys.Also note, the lid is plastic. I found that this does not affect taste - I guess this is because the coffee isn't sitting on the lid.

My new favourite reusable mug-I really like this mug and it's instantly become my new favorite. I've used a few before but I've always had a complaint about them, but this one ticks a lot of boxes. It's a good size, similar to a regular sized cardboard cup you'd get to takeaway from a coffee shop so it fits in the hand well. It's double walled so doesn't get too hot, but does get quite a lot of heat go through compared to metal ones. The lid is very good! it screws on tightly, clips down securely, and had a good opening for drinking out of. And of course, I've tried it and it doesn't leak which is fab!. Oh, also there's a rubber ring on the base so it doesn't slip and slide around on surfaces-One thing worth noting is that this is double walled but NOT A THERMAL VACUUM INSULATED MUG. This means that it doesn't keep your drink hot/cold for a few hours like thermal ones. It's simply one for drinking soon after on the go-At between £14-£17 I feel like it's quite overpriced which is annoying. I don't think I'd pay that much, but what I will say it's that it's good and my current favourite

Firstly it’s not a thermos type cup and it cools drinks in an hour or so , I bought it for the ceramic insert as I hate the metallic taste from metal cups , the trade off being it’s not as good for keeping hot but tastes great either tea or coffee . Be sure to screw the lid tight as it will leak so if your wrists or hands are weaker you will struggle . For me it’s great and a five star but honest reviews are what I do so it’s a three star at best , as it’s not going to be for everyone.

Love this for my commute and subsequent coffees at work. £1.30 for a terrible coffee at work or £2.70 for a good one. I use the mug and coffee bags, result.I really like that it is ceramic with all the bonuses of a travel mug. The trade off is it doesn’t keep my coffee warm for too long but it does not affect me too much.

Ceramic part of the cup cracked and chipped on receipt, yet packaging undamaged. I thought this wouldn’t be too bad but when I put the lid on it just broke pieces of the ceramic off. This could have been dangerous if I hadn’t noticed it and drank it. Have since requested a refund.

The media could not be loaded.  The cup does exactly what it says. Keeps drink warm but not hot. No leaks yet, maybe after a few uses? But I don't expect it to be perfect as it's not supposed to hold temperature for hours so not something I'll be throwing into a backpack or such.I've been searching for a ceramic cup as I cannot stand stainless steel tea taste and needed a cup to come with me at work to the vans.Taste test was spot on!10/10 from me.
