The media could not be loaded. The ball launcher has turned out to be the perfect toy for my high-energy chihuahua-mix. He wants to play fetch as soon as he wakes up until bed time. He is very stubborn so his training took a bit longer than anticipated, but he clearly understood how it worked the first week he had it. It can be used indoors (on its lowest setting), but that’s not nearly as much fun as using the longest distance setting.

This is our second one and both broke within a month. We’ll be reaching out to the company this time. We’ll see how it goes.

see ball review.It is toodifficult to push the balls into the feeder. my dog isn't comfortable with it. In addition, the set times out too quickly and I constantly have to turn it on again. Save your money and just play ball with your dog. This is just frustrating, not fun.

Not sure if others with bad reviews have too high of expectations for this product, but we paid $129 and I think it was worth what we paid. We have had no issues. It does not launch a huge distance (be sure settings are per the instructions though, it is specific on making it go the furthest distance), BUT given what you're working with, not sure if you really could expect much more. It's not supposed to be a professional tennis ball launcher you would see at a tennis court! I'm happy with the distance and we have two large dogs that are using it. They are worn out in 15 minutes so it's doing something right. We bought regular tennis balls for replacement and it works just fine (dogs chewed up original ones). I personally think this invention is genius. Our dogs haven't learned to reload themselves yet so it's still labor intensive but they will pick it up eventually. They love the expectation of the ball coming out of the hole and know the sound it makes right before it launches. We are happy overall with the product!

Although I like the product overall there is room for improvement. This is an expensive luxury item. The slow throw .seems to frustrate my dog. He gets bored waiting for it to toss the ball. Battery could last longer and it could have more than 3 balls. (Replacements are spendy) the sound scares puppies.

So much fun! Not sure just WHO is enjoying it more... me or my 11 month old Scottish Terrier, Mandolin! Plaing "fetch" is her absolute favorite game- & if this is the same for YOUR dog, then he or she is bound to enjoy the heck outta' this!

I was excited about getting this product as I have a very ball obsessed Border Collie. The product however did not even come close to meeting the expectations. With the price and even the iDog name I was expecting a quality product. It is Not! Very inexpensively made with poor fitting components and performance less than advertised. I followed instructions charging batteries fully, but the unit could barely make a 20 foot launch even in the full power setting. But I was most alarmed about the quality. The case didn't fit together correctly and was deformed due to poor quality control. I reboxed and returned the item to the seller.
