I bought this to replace a previous wildlife camera which died on us. Absolutely delighted with this one. I use the same 8 x AA rechargeable batteries and SIM card so it really was just the cost of the camera to bear. This camera has great picture quality and nighttime (black and white) picture quality is very good too. Both still and video images are very, very good. The advantage this camera has over my previous one is the ability to connect to it through wifi from the house to view live footage or images saved to the SD card. Sound quality is extremely good too. Sensitivity can be a little inconsistent but in general it’s usually very good. I don’t know why I wanted so along to purchase a camera like this - the wifi connectivity saves me trekking up the garden in the cold and wet. It’s a game changer 😀. It’s so good I bought a second one!!

Happy with the camera and seems to work well. Only issue is that you need to be quite close to connect WiFi. Its not a big issue though. But all in all, recordings are good and sensitivity good. Was happy with purchase and would recommend.

I've used wildlife camera's before but they've lacked any sort of wireless connectivity, I can tell you from experience having the wireless connectivity makes these so much better to use. In terms of build quality and form factor it's pretty standard for a wildlife cam. I used this one in the garden the other day and it captured a couple of cats fighting, thankfully they were both okay afterwards but how we slept through that I'll never know lol.

I bought this to monitor thefts of produce on my allotment. I found it very easy to set up and work. I can sit in my seating area and download the photos without inadvertently showing others where the cameras are. I have powered it with lithium ion rechargeable batteries and so far, about 2 weeks, I have not needed to recharge. Deleting photos from the cameras is very quick and easy, either via the phone or directly from the camera. I have set it at low sensitivity as I wish to catch people and not wildlife, it is very effective, as I can clearly see me weeding, picking and watering. Excellent piece of kit, unfortunately not caught anyone yet, but then I have not had anything stolen.I would recommend any allotmenteer to own a couple.
