This shirt is comfortable, light weight, and breathable. It has good elasticity but is not a "compression" shirt. I rate the fit as a muscle shirt. The on-line photo appears a medium blue, just slightly lighter than Royal Blue. The one I received is lighter than the online pic, like sky blue/aqua.
