This worked great for a couple of weeks. Then it needed recharging, so I recharged as per instructions. After chargeing, the sensor no longer works. The water runs non stop. If you wrap your hand around the npzzle it turns of momentarily until you remove your hand, then it continues to run non stop. I had to buy a replacement - not hands free - replacement I would not have purchased this junk had I known it was a single use product.

I dislike this faucet- it never worked properly and now it doesn’t work at all.

We bought this faucet on January 9th. The last day to return it was February 9th. It worked intermittently but not so much that it was inconvenient. I have been charging it regularly with the original charger. Today the faucet did not work and it will not charge. It is basically useless. Lesson learned. I should not have thought that something in this price range would be of quality. Don't buy this faucet. Spend the money and buy a Moen. At least they have replacement parts.

The motion part attachment of the faucet broke after one use. I used it once and after that it wouldn’t work. Thought maybe it needed charge, that didn’t help any. Had to buy a new attachment to put on the faucet, Which sucks cause It’s not a motion one like what originally I got, but that’s all I could find to replace it. I was going to send it completely back but it was easier on me to not have to uninstall the whole thing rather than just finding a new piece to attach on. Plus wouldn’t have had anything on my kitchen sink.

We like the look of the faucet and it wasn't hard to install. We were very excited about the no touch of the faucet. It worked for about two days, it seems it doesn't like certain people or it just doesn't work.. We charged the battery thinking this was the problem. Nope now it doesn't like anyone! We have to put our finger over the end of the sensor to get it to come on. No waving at this one, and no just turning the water on without holding finger on it, so 🤷 🙄 do we return it, that means taking it apart from the sink..cringe..we ordered a replacement head from another company. We shall see if this helps. We are not please 😢 😔 with this product.

At first I was excited! Worked great for a week.. then sensor failed.Ordered a replacement second one lasted for a week or 2 then failed again. Had to remove the sensor head to get water and use the manual handle.Ordered a replacement - well I’m 2 weeks into the third faucet and this one turns itself on all by itself… in the other room I hear the sink and nobody is in the kitchen :(I’m not going to recommend this one

I like the faucet. It looks really nice. I am getting used to the motion activated part. I have not been able to turn the faucet on by simply using the lever. I HAVE to use the motion sensor. The sensor also has to be charged. I am interested to see how long it will go between charges.

The first one we ordered had issues and worked for a few weeks, returned it and we had this last one since February. It started to work intermittently (fully charged), then the indicator light stopped working and now it does not work at all. We really liked how it worked when it was fully functional, it is a shame that it only lasted a few months.
