I almost didn't buy these because of the price but I'm SOOOO glad I did. I can wear these with the super huge pads and I still don't feel like I'm wearing a diaper. It actually makes me woddle less because they hold everything so securely. The tummy control is awesome, and so gentle. I was having trouble with my postpartum belly band because having anything tight on my tummy made me feel sick. But these are so gentle while still being supportive. And the help with my back pain.And I feel CUTE in them!Honestly never been happier to buy underwear.

I’m sure these would have been great to use but I never got the opportunity to use them.

When I had my first c section 5 years ago, I wish this product was on the market. This time around, I found applying heat to the incision location has been KEY in my recovery and THESE UNDERWEAR MAKE IT POSSIBLE to not just lie flat in bed with a heat pack on, but are practical during the leaving-bed-stages of c section recovery too. (Because that scar does take time to heal beyond the 'bed days' post operation...)Stays in place PERFECTLY, stays warm for what feels like hours....and honestly barely noticeable even under clothes.I call this my KANGAROO POUCH. :)The gentle snugness isnt a replacement for a belly binder but when it's just not practical or comfortable to wear a binder, it provides just a little extra support to feel in place and hopefully on the winning side of diastasis.The customer service of this product may be hands down one of the bewt I've ever experienced in an Amazon purchase -- u have an issue or a question, they got your back...such a relief as a postpartum mom who honestly can't be bothered with unfriendly/unhelpful customer service.Highly recommend! Buy two!!!

These are definitely more than I’m used to spending on underwear…. But it is so worth it.Fabric is comfortable and compression is supportive, but not too much. (Will not seem that way when looking at it while pregnant… but when little one is out there will be more room- I had forgotten what my pre- pregnancy shape was 😅)Ice pack is FANTASTIC! It cooled through my maxi thin pad and was very nice and lasts a while too.Right now I’m wearing it over my normal underwear, but am considering getting a second pair so I can wear one and wash one.

I bought these underwear and maybe used them 5x. Definitely not worth the money. I found that I was more comfortable in disposable underwear or just my regular loose fitting panties. It seemed like the ice pack pocket was a must, but truly it is not necessary.

Excelente calidad, alta, la compré para mi post parto, soy talla S, y la compré L, porque estaba muy inflamada, me ayudó muchísimo comprime sin molestia, no tiene costura, así que no molesta en la herida, los gel uno frío y otro caliente, los uso para muchas cosas, muy prácticos por su tamaño.

These are true to size - I ordered my normal underwear size and are very comfortable on my post partum belly. They are very high waisted which is so nice post partum. They provide slight compression - enough to smooth everything over and hold things together without being too tight on a potentially bloated tummy.One thing I was concerned about prior to ordering was that it appears the heat pack just goes down vertically (which doesn’t really cover the crampy spots PP). However, the area that the heat pack can go is over the entire abdomen. So you can have it horizontal in the middle or you can slide it over to one side if you have pain on only one side - which happened to me two weeks PP.The heat pack only takes 20-30 seconds to heat up which is so nice when you need quick pain relief or are in a hurry to get back to your baby. Ice pack cools in 30 min. Also - they can both be used for heat or ice which is really nice for other uses.It will also really be nice to have these for my regular period - having a heat pack that is secured against you and can move where you move is SO nice ! Much better than a heating pad or hot water bottle etc.The only thing that fell short for me (literally) - was the cotton gusset in the inside. Pads don’t stick to the main material of the underwear, only to the cotton gusset. For my needs (other women may obviously be different) but I need my pad to go up a couple inches higher, which means that the top couple inches aren’t adhered to anything. You can make it work, but it’s a slight* nuisance
