Good value / sharp knife
Great little knife for kitchen use. Pares fruit, cuts bread, slices hard-boiled eggs. The sheath is a nice addition for safety.

Very sharp and surprisingly light
A great pairing knife, I am now a believer in ceramic knives. It is very sharp and cuts right through fruit, veggies, and meat. It is the lightest weight knife I've ever used. At first I was concerned it wouldn't be stout enough, but I was wrong.High quality and a great value

I will be buying more of these.
These are great knives with only one downside. Being ceramic they stay sharp, but a a little more fragile to use as a leverage. I snapped the tip off one trying to pry a brownie out of a pan.

Very sharp. Lightweight
Very sharp. Lightweight. Ceramic, so it's supposed to be very hard to resharpen, but it's very sharp now and it's supposed to stay that way for a long time.

Just what I needed. Sharp, so be careful. I love it has a sheath. I use it to dice veggies. Sturdy, not flimsy at all.
