Does not match the rest of the series. It looks like it does from the few pics shown but the spine is completely different

I will start by saying I love a happy ending. Where as I do believe the series ends in that way after reading Reddit reviews. However, I could not tell you for sure. The 7th book to this series is were I had to stop. I became invested and read to this point hoping for that happy ending and I was battling to keep on reading. I was disappointed on how many let downs this series of books had. The authors were very taunting in their author’s note on how they knew they were letting you down as the reader which I did not enjoy. If you like that type of read go for it. Just know you are investing a lot of money in long reads that will definitely get a negative reaction from you at the end of most of the books up until this point. I stopped reading so this is why I’m giving it a 2 star review.

I hate how it looks completely different from the other books in the series. It ruins the whole collection. Was not expecting that when I ordered this book. I like the matte look but at least make it an option when purchasing the book. Not a surprise. My collection is ruined now. I’m sure the book will be amazing. Just not happy about the look.

I loved the early part ot this series but I ended at Book 7. I will never read another book by these authors. They decimated too many very important characters and left with hardly any chance for a decent ending let alone a reasonably happy one. The authors have the audacity to tease the readers at the end with a "cute" little note about how brutal the ending was. I am sorry to say good bye to Solaria and I will miss the characters but not enough to ever read another of the books. I am a little resentful to have spent over $150.00 on these books and ploughed through over 3000 pages and feel abused as a reader.Debbie Scanlon

Disappointed - it’s a series like going on a long, long, long trip. The first three books were great and happy to read but as the ‘trip’ goes on, it drags and drags and you realize they are just chapters and chapters of how to have sex and slicing and dicing. When you arrive at the end, you’re saying to yourself - just glad it’s over. There are better far stories out there folks.
