I got this chair because it was meant for larger sized ppl and rated for the appropriate weight, and then looked for the best price.The seat is far too thin. My butt hurts after a couple hours. And despite setting the height to where I need it, every single time I sit in it, it lowers down past that point.The seat is also far too narrow.If you're a larger person and need a great chair, this is not it. Spend the 300 bucks for a decent chair.

My son likes the chair, but he is not loving the chair. The product description says large bucket seat, I felt the seat ran a little narrow. We chose this chair because of the Maximum Weight, and I thought it would be adequate for my 6'3" teenager. When I sit in the chair and lean back, my head can rest on the pillow. When my son leans back in the chair the pillow cushions his shoulders. It would be nice if the description would say it is not meant for taller people above 6'. The chair is very sturdy and comfortable. Someone from Customer service contacted me to see what they could do to make us happy with our purchase. I am very satisfied with the outcome, and if we ever need another chair, I will definitely be purchasing with them again. My son loves the color.

Feels good and sturdy. Easy to put together. The seat is narrower than my last chair but I don't mind because it forces me to sit with better posture because I can't sit cross-legged on this. Only problem I ran into was getting it to tilt when the knob was fully set to the unlocked position, but that was resolved by fiddling around until I found a position that worked. I am a bit nervous about the arm cushions because I tend to dig my elbows in while gaming and when I lift my arms I can feel the indents pretty harshly- I'll update after I've used it for a few months to see how they hold up.Update a year later: It’s time I get something else. The armrests are heavily indented from where my arms rest, meaning they have no cushion anymore. The arms are one piece meaning if you lean back, all the stress goes to the corner of the arms. I’ve had this snap and dump me out of the chair twice now. It’s a design flaw for folks who like to lean. Customer support was okay in sending me a replacement arm, but it took a long time. I game for several hours a night and this has now lost all cushion in the seat, so it’s just no longer comfortable. It’s fine for a cheap gaming chair. Haven’t had it rip or anything. But I’ll be getting something I don’t have to worry about snapping on me if I lean back.

I bought this in 2018 for about $113. As of writing this, I've had it for 3 years. At that time I was upgrading from an old dining chair with a split down the center of it's vinyl covered cushion! This chair was easy to assemble and was leaps and bounds better. I don't know if I got lucky or if I've just been gentle to it, but it seems to have faired way better than most of the other chairs reviewed here! I wouldn't say it's the most comfy thing, but I don't get aches, pains or soreness from sitting in it. I don't remember seeing a 180lb weight limit when I originally bought it(I weigh much more than that!) but I'm glad it's held up. The height adjustment shock is going out, so it will randomly sink down sometimes. I lean to the one side when sitting so that armrest is slightly warped. The seat cushioning is getting pretty flat now too. All in all, I need a new chair, but I will kinda miss this one! I use this chair at my home computer after work and on weekends to watch Youtube, play games and light home office work.I plan to upgrade to something with a bit more padding, and rated for my weight!

EDIT 2/6/19 -- Okay this thing sucks. I've had this chair now for about 6 months. I didn't actually use it that often as I wasn't in my office most of the time. Sat in it the other day, leaned back a bit, and bam. Armrest snapped. Now I have to buy another chair. Awesome. DON'T BUY THIS.----------------------------------Overall, it's a pretty decent chair. I like the shade of purple, the adjustment controls work really well, there's no noise when adjusting or leaning back. The chair is fairly small, so if you're tall then you won't get much neck support. There are better chairs out there at this price point, but what really is the benefit here is the customer service.As soon as I bought the chair, they reached out to me to check on any concerns I had. They've made it very clear that they care about the consumer and put them first. If you want a decent chair on a budget, you can count on this seller to have your back on this one.

After having a computer desk, I really needed a computer chair. The main reasons that I would buy it which are the price and comfortable. This is the one I was looking for. It is well padded seats I feel so relax when I sat. This is also a ergonomic chair which can reduce my back pain when I was sitting it long time to do my assignments. The caster roll is also very smoothly. It did not have any noise when I was moving around it. The chair is easy to adjust the height. I like the smile face design and the price is super amazing for this great chair. Everything likes described.

Where to start...This chair is uncomfortable, and it didn't last long at all. Usually, I'm pretty happy with the products I order from Amazon, but I feel like I just threw money into the fire with this one. The hydraulic broke after about 3 months of use, and then the armrest (part of the frame) cracked in half after 6 months. I am 6'5 230 pounds; this should NOT be enough to cause these damages. STAY AWAY!
