A bit tricky to apply at first but I've had luck unrolling it sticky side up and laying my piece on top of it. So far, it's worked great! Good adhesion, easy application of decals, peels away clean with no residue.

Bottomline Up Front: If you need a good, consistent, all-purpose transfer tape, give this product a go.This has been my "Go To" transfer tape for several years now, which I use for when I make custom vinyl decals. Every roll I've ordered so far has been consistent, with what I'd consider a medium tack that works well with most applications, to include most matte laminated vinyls. I like how "clear" the tape is as well, which makes it easy to ensure you're covering your vinyl decal properly and makes it easier to apply the decal later. Other brands that are "clear" that I've tried all had a yellowish tint to it...no big deal, but still I noticed it. Also, Frisco transfer tape, each roll has been consistent. I've tried other brands that are ok, but they tended to be not as consistent as Frisco in terms of tackiness...most were way stickier than advertised. I'm pretty satisfied with the product, and love how much is in it. But I was surprised that there was no backing -- it wasn't clear from the description, or I missed it. But it does make the roll much smaller, so I don't have a big problem with that.One thing I noticed was because the adhesion was so strong, it left marks when I use it the first time. I am able to use this for many times when I'm transferring a lot of things over and over, which is great, but on the first one, it would always leave the dust-looking marks of its pattern.Another thing I do not like very much... I'm not sure if this was to make it not sticky when it's rolled, but it's PATTERN! wow it's so annoying 😂 I wish it was FLAT! My vinyl cuts are very delicate and have lots of dots on the writing. But because of this bumpy surface pattern (which is not one sided, but both), sometimes it didn't pick up small dots here and there.I'm satisfied because when I sell my vinyl stickers, I can put this on without worrying about how much I'm wasting because there is a lot. And I love that it doesn't have lines. But the sticky-ness has been very interesting to work with.

I've tried multiple transfer tapes and figured I was doing something wrong. Then I tried this transfer tape. It worked beautifully. I'm so glad I decided to try one more. I'm looking forward to trying their vinyl's as well.

This is a great product all around. Easy to peel off, but the adhesion is still excellent. It lays nice and flat also.This is my new go-to tape for sure.

Read so many reviews before I purchased. I was in hopes that this stuff would do what everyone says it would do. So far this is probably the best transfer paper I've used. I was afraid it wouldn't be sticky as I would need, cause when you peel it away and touch it, it doesn't feel sticky at all, but it works great ! Makes my car decals come off very smoothly, unlike when I used the strong hold ones from the stores. I will continue to buy this kind from now on.
