Hey All,Since day 1 I am facing problem with cctv cam, please see my finding below:1. Doesn't connect with the internet, you have to switch the cam on and off everytime.2. Recording doesn't happen even after formatting it to FAT32.3. Worst customer support, I tried to contact them just got this reply "Thank you for your message. We're unavailable right now, but will respond as soon as possible".Pros1. Video quality is good.My suggestion will be not purchase this instead please purchase from a brand, where you can get a good aftersales service.

Even though the camera came with a faulty power supply, I relaxed it locally and now it works like a charm.The app is a little slow though.

I purchased this camera for my shop from Amazon i literally say i get an extra eye for my shop.Getting a security camera that can pan across with 360-degree horizontal rotation helps prevent blind spots in footage.A Wi-Fi enabled security camera is essential if you wish to keep a tab on your home’s security remotely using your mobile phone.Important feature is a motion detection system that sends notification whenever a person is detecte which is too useful in night.It can be connected with your mobile phone . The camera also offers 2-way communication that lets you talk and hear using the camera.The TechEase security camera also offers 4X zoom vision and has night vision capabilities.

I have placed it in front of my main door. Best part is it is waterproof if it rains also I don't need to worry.

After using it for 7days, my opinion about this 4 MP camera is not good. The night vision is of poor quality. The picture at night becomes much darker as the distance of the remote objects increases. Upto 5-6 meters, the visibility at night is clear. The motion detection feature is very low standard. Even motion detection feature works upto 5-6 meters and that too, sometimes misses humanoid motions. Motion detection captures pictures which are stored on SD card in the camera. There is no feature to automatically record a short video during any humanoid motion. This is probably a cloud based service for which you have to pay around $30 (USD) per annum. AND THE MOST IRRITATING OF ALL IS THAT THE ANDROID APP (iCSee) HAS STARTED DISPLAYING ADS AFTER THE 7 DAYS REPLACE/RETURN PERIOD IS OVER.MOREOVER, IT'S ONLY A REPLACEABLE PRODUCT NOT A RETURNABLE ONE. EVEN REPLACEMENT OF THIS CAMERA DEPENDS ON THE SELLER'S WISH/CONSENT AND AMAZON IS TOTALLY HELPLESS IN THIS REGARD.
