I got these for my boyfriend he wears them a lot, the only thing is they're only a teeny bit too soft, once in a while they will fold in on themselves. He just has to reposition them and it will go back to normal. I posted a picture of him wearing them so you can see the size.

these were easy to slip in and out but the part where it caves out in the front and back covered my ear so you can only see the white

I have always loved these kind of gauges. I've moved up in sizes with them instead of tapers and they're so much easier to clean and don't smell cause they can breathe, being a bigger size having plugs in for a day they stink. I can wear these for a week with no problem. LOVE!!

Bough this, was excited about the price, wore it for 1 day and when I took it out, my ear started bleeding. The inner seam is sharper than I thought it could, had to take it out and now I have to re-strech.
