Very sturdy and comfortable for a reasonable price
When I received the seat , packaging was excellent. Once I secured it to the base and set it in my boat , It was a Great complement to my boat. Thanks

Nice seats , good price , but they dont match
It was a good purchase . I had ordered 2 camo seats and i wish they had sent me the same color chair frame , one frame is black and one frame is grey . not a huge deal but didnt notice it it first but then as I was installing them on the Boat I was wondering why they look a little off Thats when I noticed the color of the metal frames was not matching.

As others have said, this chair is for lightweights so you have to exercise caution while using it. Comfy though.

5'9" 200 lbs and broke the chair on first sit
Okay, I'm not usually the guy to write reviews, but in this case I wanted to save some of you time and money. I bought this chair for our 1625 Gator Jon Boat for use during duck season and light fishing/crabbing in the PNW. The hinges broke almost instantly and rendered the chair irreparable and effectively useless.For the whole story, see below:I attached the chair to the seat post prior to a crabbing trip this past weekend. On our first run of the weekend, I sat in the chair as a friend drove the boat. As I leaned back against the backrest, I was pleased to discover a "recliner setting" and I thought, "what a great feature!"As our friends cried out, "No, no, no, what are you doing to that chair?" I realized that I wasn't in the reclining setting, rather both hinges had failed and the chair was bending flat.Long story short, the thin metal frame and hinges will not withstand standard use.0/10, would not recommend.

The seat size is narrow and not too deep.
I am 5' 10" and weight 170lbs. It seems that the seat pan is too narrow and not deep enough. Without arms it seems that you can fall off the seat. I am returning it and get another with arms.

Game changer
I tied this seat onto my metal deer stand and it's sooooooo much better now....I can sit all day in comfort
