Poor production
This DVD wasn't well thought out. The exercises are fine but, she changes the rebounder about every exercise which makes it very hard to keep up. Each time you change the rebounder/bar on my model you need to unscrew the pins, insert, then tighten the pins. In the video, she just pops it in and out. I don't want to damage my machine by not properly securing the rebounder. Unfortunately, there are not a lot of aero Pilates DVDs out there so I'm trying to work with this one. It's a shame because I really like the machine.

Great workout!
I have gradually worked up to Level 3 for my Aeropilates Reformer and I must say that Pilates is a wonderful workout for those of us with trouble zones that nothing else seems to get rid of. Its an amazing full body workout from your head to your toes, and the famous quote "Doing Pilates twice a week will maintain your body, Three times a week will change it" is true. I workout 5 times a week for 30-45 minutes solely with the Stamina Aeropilates Cardio and Integrated DVDs and I have lost over 50 pounds and feel amazing. I started off with level1 and slowly graduated to the third level. You could easily just do one of the tapes and feel the amazing results after a few workouts. Try it, you'll feel great and look great too!One helpful tip that I learned in a studio Pilates class: proper breathing is essential to the exercise, so when you exhale, do a deep from the stomach "hhhaaaa" exhale. You may be a bit loud at times, but the results will speak for themselves.If you have any questions, please feel free to message me.

Stamina Level 3 Aero Pilates DVD
To be honest I haven't gotten to this video yet, still on #2. I like how the #2 one mixes up the exercises, however be ready to hit the pause button a lot so that you can get back into position to do the exercise after resetting your machine. The sound on the DVD is really low, even at max levels on computer as well as the DVD it is still pretty low. You are watching the the feet of this woman alot, and really....pedicure, bunions are amazing...LOL! Other then that you will definitely get a work out - would rather be doing a lot more reps of same exercise then switching from different exercise to exercise so much.

Just getting started
This dvd shows several basic aeroPilates moves with a cardio workout dispersed in between them. Make sure you have a rebounder on your Pilates machine or you have to improvise a lot. The workout is great for me. I am essentially starting over, and this workout is very basic.

Poor Value for Money
I purchased this for my wife for a birthday present. She has a variety of videos of this type but not this specific one. Other videos she has purchased have been 30 minutes long for the price paid. This video was only 1 routine for 15 minutes for the same price as others with 30 minutes. Very disappointing.

Horrible horrible horrible
What a complete waste of money...save your $$$ you can get better workouts for your reformer online....extremely boring, lady never talks and I felt like everything was rushed through so I kept having to pause in order to do the recommended 10. What a waste.

BeachwalkerThis video is a favorite. Good cardio workout on the rebounder as well as a good start on ideas for creating your own moves. As you become more familiar you can put on your headphones and go! After 20 - 30 minutes you really feel warmed up, worked out & hopefully ready for the next challenge. Excellent use of the rebounder!

As others have mentioned, she changes between rebounder and bar quite frequently (and sometimes unnecessarily), so you're constantly having to pause the workout. My other complaint is that she doesn't talk very much, just a brief description of the exercise and then silence for the rest of the repeats. I wish she'd provide additional instruction, tips about positioning, or guidelines on how to know you're doing the exercise correctly.
