Misleading description
I purchased the Simulated Alexandrite. And although the piece looks beautiful overall, it does not have the optical properties that simulated alexandrite should have. The stone in this piece stayed an amethyst color no matter what kind of light was shined on it. I tried florescent, incandescent, sunlight, LED and it wouldn't change color no matter what.

I bought this as a mother's day gift for my mother-in-law, she loves it. It is very pretty. My two complaints would be that it comes with a very thin and short chain and it comes loose in a drawstring bag instead of in a jewelry box. Still, it is very pretty.

Gorgeous!!! Buy it!
STUNNING! I love to collect both fine and fashion jewelry- this necklace is one of my all time favorites! The color is so beautiful and the necklace is a good size while still looking delicate. The sparkle is fantastic, plus I was able to get this in my son’s birthstone. Don’t hesitate order now!

Beautifully Elegant

The chain broke the second time my granddaughter put her necklace on, very disappointed. Her mom was actually helping her when it broke.

Beautiful but broke on first day
Bought as a gift, and was very pleased with how it turned out except the first time the person I bought it for wore it the clasp broke.
