Really comfortable and warm 5 degree bag used at 30 degrees
Used in March 2023 in southern Utah camping to a low of about 30 degrees Fahrenheit. The stuff sack indicates this 5 degree bag is meant for comfortable use from 15 to 30 degrees, and “extreme” use from 5-15 degrees. We were quite warm and comfy at 30. I purchased a left and right zip model and we used them zipped together. I found these worked really well as a double bag, but recommend practicing zipping them together at home before trying to do it in a small tent - there are a lot of zippers and it isn’t exactly obvious at first glance how they go together. The price point was my reason for buying these - most down sleeping bags that are rated to 5 degrees are $500 or more. These are less rugged and may be better for car campers or light backpacking use, but serious backpackers in very remote areas may need the durability of that pricey bag. For us, hiking to a canyon bottom for a few days, these were great. The nylon is a bit thin and you must be careful while zipping that the fabric doesn’t get stuck in the zipper. There are lots of cinch cords and a cuff around the head and neck that allow you to make a “mummy” bag if used singly, but these don’t work when made into a double bag, as the head is too wide to cinch. The head part zips off if you don’t want the hood. I like how the single bag can be worn as a kind of shawl/robe with the snaps to hold it in place, for warmth around camp. It packs small into a good quality provided stuff sack, and I appreciated the large mesh storage bag too. Definitely would recommend for the casual backpacker, it’s a great bag for the money and loved the fact that it can be zipped to another one for a double bag. I cannot speak to the warmth of this 5 degree bag below 30 degrees (the highest point on it’s “comfort” range) but it was very toasty warm at that temperature, without so much as a cool toe. Paired with Klymit insulated double sleeping pad. It was pure warmth and comfort like my own bed at home. We bought the tan/khaki color with brown interior, because it was cheaper than the darker colors. It is not white but tan, and did not show dirt as much as I had worried it would. Dirt brushes off the nylon easily. It held up just fine! We did pack the sleeping bags in their compression sacks into a larger dry bag as down clumps and doesn’t insulate if it gets wet. We encountered rain on the way down the canyon so consider how you’ll keep the bag dry in inclement weather. Very pleased with this item.

Super quality
I bought the warmest one 0 degrees and it sure is toasty. I love the built in liner and the ability to pull it in tight plus the main bag and the hood. I use the hood as a pillow with my fleece jacket in it. I live the zip opening bottom too . In fact the first time I tried it I could not get out! Now I’ve got it sorted. Well worth the value.

Great bag, but could not find storage pouch. Great customer service!
Update: added a star for customer service. This is a great sleeping bag! Thermal performance is great and it doubles between a bag or blanket. The only issue is that there is no internal pocket in the bag as advertised. This may be a small thing, but I used this bag in a hammock where I needed the pocket to keep my phone and wallet safe overnight.I would give this a 5 star rating but am docking 2 stars for the false advertising.

It's Finally Warm Enough
We've been on a search for the right sleeping bag for my wife for several years. This one is finally warm enough for her. Looking forward to using it for many years and fun camping trips.

Great product, but not true to it's size according to the discriptions
Great product. Keeps you warm and cozy. However I think the product doesn't stay true to it's size according the discription. Would recommend if your taller than 5 feet 6 inches. I would say to the long sleeping bag that fits up to 6 feet 6 inches tall person (in my personal opinion) to have some extra space. I'm 5 feet 9 inches tall, and it bearly covers my whole body (from head to toe) with no extra space.

Thick fluffy warm!
I would give this 5 stard if the color was more as shown. I selected the white color. It's dark Tanisha in color. Not as white as shown. Otherwise it's very warm!!! Cozy and very roomy!!

Great for camping.
I used it for a wilderness hike in the Rockies. So light weight. Doubles as a blanket.
