Amazing for Shin Splint Rehab
I recently purchased the Tib Bar to aid my recovery from shin splints and previous knee injuries. It has been a fantastic purchase ! As someone who struggled with shin splints for a while this seems to be the solution for me.I have gradually been adding weight onto the bar and have noticed significant improvement in my tib strength already.Great investment that is now an essential part of my rehab.

Doesn’t work
This was too big for my Olympic plates. Seems strange. A number of brands tried. None worked. Amazon - so amazing return policy to sort it and bought a different brand.

Good quality portable equipment for training tibs
Got this for training my tibs and it's spot on. Fits great in a back pack to transport to the gym, really sturdy and good quality build. Fits all the olympic plates at my gym.
