I’d like to point out that I reached out to the seller prior to this review to try and work something out, but I never heard back.Awful product and awful service. This belt continuously pops off mid-squat. I noticed the Velcro fraying since the first use as well. I’ve had severe back pain for a week now after the belt popped off mid-squat again.I reached out to the seller, but received no response for days now. Highly disappointed. If I hear back and they do something to fix this, then I’ll update my review.

For many years I was going old school with a heavy leather belt. Pretty much a relic these days. I love this one: nice and light, sturdy velcro for a snug fit and tons of back support (important to an old buzzard like me). Just a bit of a tip: I'm a pretty small guy. 5' 10", 175, 33 in. waist (pant size) and I got the medium and wouldn't want it any smaller. So if your a bigger guy, or woman, you might want to go for the large. Great belt though. Look no further IMHO.

I absolutely love this belt. This is actually the second one I’ve purchased. I had to purchase a new belt because the other one got to be too big because of a thinning waist!! This belt has such an amazing amount of support!! I have problems with my back and this provides the amount of support I need to lift.

There are many options for weight belts. I chose this one because my waist is right at the cut-off for two sizes offered by the other manufacturers. That is, I was at the high end of one size and the low end of the other size. My waist size was right in the middle of the fit range. So I only had to buy one belt instead of two.Now that I have the belt, it works fine. Fits snug but with room to grow or shrink. The material looks easy to clean. Breathes as well as expected. Even looks ok.Definitely recommend.

Just what I was looking for! Something to give me strong support while deadlifting...very comfortable, supportive, and great colors to choose from. Definitely worth buying!

I was looking at several different options for weightlifting belts when I found this one from Iron Body Team. I would recommend it to everyone. This belt is worth the money. There is a huge difference between leather belts and this one. If you actually care for your health, go for this belt. This one fits the shape of your body, keeps your back safe and at the same time lets you be flexible. The service is excellent too. I am totally satisfied. The only suggestion for the company is to add more colors. I am sure there are people who would like to see something more than just a normal set of colors.Thanks Iron Body Team.

I ordered and returned several belts because even though the belt fit, the velcro area was only at the end of the strap. I am a figure competition body builder so even the small and x-small belts were too large. This belt has velcro the entire length of the strap! Perfect!

This is my first weightlifting belt but I made a great choice!!!
