Loving this waist trainer. Tried several but none really gave me that "snug fit". After reading a few reviews, I decided to take a chance and order a small instead of my regular size medium. Glad I did. At first didnt think I could get it to fit but got it on without any problems and wore it all day while doing yard work. Holds you in good and keeps your posture straight while keeping breast sitting up nicely lol. For reference I weigh 156 pounds, 5'4 in height with a 27 inch waist and 34dd breast. If you really want a snug fit and flat look I would recommend going down a size. I wish they had an extra small cuse I definitely would be buying a second one :) And by the way keeps your back side smooth and dont roll up while wearing it so you can wear this under your clothing or while exercising

I bought this for two reasons. 1). Hoping it would help my posture and help courage me to slim down. 2). Help me fit into my skinny clothes by covering up my belly fat.It encourages me to stand and sit up straight and that makes me feel taller, slimmer, and more confident. It also helps me fit into my smaller clothes by flattening my tummy fat. I've been wearing it for 3 weeks now. First off, I'm 5'2" and 170 lb. I bought a large and it was like a size too small because it bunched up in the back, but I wore it any way. After two weeks, I noticed that it was slipping on me (meaning it wasn't as tight as before), so I went down to the next set off hooks. Yay! When I first started wearing it, there was an OBVIOUS difference in how thin I looked with it on. Now, I'm not so much, so I may need to go down to the third set of hooks. I suppose I've lost weight since buying it, because now my husband thinks I'm wearing when I'm not because I look smaller. I have worn it, and started excising (without it on), and drinking lots of water, and started eating very healthy. Long story short, I don't know if it's helped me get smaller, BUT It makes me look great and feel great in my clothes, and I have seen a difference in my body (which may have more to do with diet and physical activity). For me, I feel like it was worth it.

I bought this Waist trainer for my Wife, she was using the normal ones, not the vest type; And she wanted to give this model a try.The moment she tried it on she went WOW..what a difference from her other waist trainers.In her words: It perfectly adjusts to her body, and it is way more comfortable than the ones she was using before.the tension is OK even the size of the product is a little bigger than she expected but it fits good, and the fabric from her point of view was very good.She has been using it for almost a week and she is very happy with it.

Purchased the size small. I am 5'3", about 120 lbs, 34C, 29" waist. I considered getting the medium, but figured I could make the small work. It did, but it was out of sheer force of will that I got the first hook together, then the rest were easier. I do recommend using the manufacturer's size chart. It is accurate. I also found the construction to be quite sturdy, which I didn't really expect for the price.Again, I had to really work for it on the first wearing, but once I got the shaper on, I loved it! It is very tight and quite warm, especially if you work out in it. I can only keep it on for about 30 minutes if I'm working out (shortness of breath), but hopefully I can work up to more time.I did pop it on when I was watching TV just to see how it felt and I was able to wear it comfortably for about an hour before I got uncomfortable. It helps with posture and definitely gives me relief from sciatica.Two bonuses:1. The shaper unexpectedly helped ease my menstrual cramps. Sounds silly, but the warmth and pressure were awesome.2. My husband is quite enamored with the silhouette the shaper creates (as well as the extreme push-up factor). So, five stars from him as well!

I am a mother of two and I love the way this waist trainer makes me look! When I wear it when working out or with a dress you can really see a big difference! Since having my children I have been working out to get my stomach tight and the way this trainer fits on me have given me more confidence with my body! It fits perfectly on me and it’s very comfortable. Since getting this product I can wear it all day and it’s easy to clean! This product is amazing! It actually breathes, fits perfectly and I love working out with it! There is nothing I can't do with workout trainer! I even wear it under clothes and it makes me feel great! I'm a groomer so my back feels great, totally makes you not slouch and stand as well as sot up properly ! I love this and the fact that it has adjusticle hooks makes it easier if your bloating vs a normal day ! I have a 34 C AND I'm broad the straps stay up perfectly !!! You must buy!!

I'm 5'4, about 190. I wear a size 10/12 in pants and a 40DDD on top. My only complaint is I can't see over my boobs to clasp the thing up! I have it two notches in to begin with and hope sooner than later I can buy a size down. It's relatively comfortable. I can actually bend in it.

When I first started my search, I think I was able to find just about every shaper there is - except the one I needed. Thinking I'd have to figure out how to make it myself unfortunately, I began looking for all the materials to do so. That's literally when I came across this beauty. It has 3 hook settings, a zipper, AND thicker adjustable straps! Not to mention the breathable fabric and the fact that the bones in it aren't intrusive at all. I can sit, bend, and twist without any stabbing discomfort (which is a plus in my book). Good for everyday use/ activities!All together, I'm giving this product 10 stars total☆☆☆☆☆Would DEFINITELY Recommend.
