I have tried chocolate and mango vanilla flavour both tastes good and packaging is also premium.And, yes it helps in your weight gain works for me atleast. If you are a beginner start with 1/2 scoop and then increase to 1 scoop or i recommend you to go for 1/2 scoop twice a day ,but it is just an addition to your diet and exercise , mass gainer gives you maximum result combined with your diet and exercise.As far as this mass gainer i totally recomment itGo for it.
