Curling Iron 1/2 Inch

Love it! You can use it as a wand curler or if you prefer the old school way of curling, it does that well too. It has a very long barrel for long hair. I was dealing with 20" hair and didn't have any issues. Also, it heats up fast and the display let's you know when it's ready. The curls lasted in spite of my learning curve on a night routine to manage said curls. I will say that they weren't the perfect spirals that I started with but after sweating through the night, how much can you expect? 🙂. I also used it to straighten my edges a little. I can't speak to the lifetime of the product but it has made it through shipping, a test run, minor travel, a work conference, and my average handling. It still works thus far.

I really like this mini curling iron! The 1/2-inch barrel is the perfect size for creating defined curls and waves, especially on shorter hair. It heats up quickly, is easy to handle, and the LCD display makes it convenient to see the temperature. The compact size is also great for traveling. Overall, a handy styling tool that works really well!

I am hesitant to give this curling iron even one star because it does not work. As you can see in my first photo, the left side of the clip onto the barrel looks tight. However, the same clip on the right side is only close to the barrel at the top and as it goes down the length, the separation between barrel and clip gets wider and wider. It is impossible to hold any amount of hair. I could not get this curling iron to hold small amounts of hair or even large amounts of hair. I also could not get the clip to allow me to put my ends into the clip so I was left with about 1 inch of hair that could not be grasped or styled. While unfortunate, it really didn’t matter because be curling iron would not hold the rest of my hair when I tried winding it into a curl. Within seconds, all of my hair released. I tried this several times and in several different ways and nothing worked. It did not surprise me because many of the other reviews say the same thing, but I was hoping things had improved or perhaps other people just got a poorly made product, but that overall the product was made well. All that is still possible, but it is doubtful in my opinion. Unfortunately, this product appears to be a complete and total waste of money and I will be returning it.

Curling iron works great. It was the perfect size for my clients with short hair. The downside was the cord is shorter than most of my other tools. Also,the barrel is longer which is great if youre spiral curling, but for short hair there are a few awkward angles by the ears. Still, would recommend, as the ⅜ size barrel is hard to find.

When I tell you that this is my daughter’s new favorite tool, I mean it. She has curly hair and it takes a long time to do finger curls but this took absolutely speeds that process up for a flawless look. The tool heats up fast, has temperature settings, and came with a glove in case you want to use it while curling.

It’s pretty good. Nice tiny barrel and heats up in just a matter of seconds. This was fabulous right out of the box. However, after a couple days of light use, the pink metallic paint began to chip and shed. Also, the spring clamp is no longer as strong or tight as it was when it was new. The quality of this degraded pretty fast considering it was only lightly used for a couple of days. I do love the electric screen on it!

I love this curling iron. I have long thick hair and o can do my hair n 20 minutes. Gets hot quick and easy to use.

Works very well - heats up quickly - nice long barrel - I like the digital temperature control and the buttons are in a good spot that don't accidently get tapped when using the curling iron like some other curling irons do

This is a great curling iron, heats up quickly, gives nice curls to my thin fine hair

The product is sold in Australia, but you can’t use the plug in Australia without an adapter. This should be started on the listing. Bought for special event, could not use.
