Zero customer service
Fit, finish OK/ I got this to use to hold large luggage bag on my 2023 Heritage, I don't carry passengers. Worked fine for this, when I returned from Sturgis (3200 mile trip) one of the latches was missing. I have tried multiple times and ways to contact customer service, never 1 reply, even when they asked me for a review, I put in that my issue, nope. Wouldn't trust it with a passenger, but the way the bag straps on, probably ok for my occasional use, glad it was only $88, if I had passenger, I would spend the money and get Hogworkz.

Looks great, locking mount a bit loose but already had a mounting bold from luggage rack from different maker
