For months I struggled with cold feet preventing me from sleeping, sometimes for hours. I can't address durability since I have only been using them for a week, but the improvement in sleep has been remarkable; generally falling asleep within five minutes and returning to sleep quickly during the night.Of note: the heat is subtle, at first I didn't think it was working. The microwaveable inserts take some practice to insert, but are very manageable. The greatest surprise was how effective they were after returning to bed after a bathroom break: I removed them to walk, kneaded the inserts briefly to even them out, slipped them.back on, and, without reheatiing, once again fell asleep within minutes.Even if they fall apart, I will reorder! Much more than I hoped for!!

So soft, so comfortable, amazing quality! I got a size 10 for my mom and they fit her absolutely perfect! She has neuropathy knees down and struggles to keep her feet warm, and this was the perfect thing! It helped her pain relief, and overall keeping her warm. You can literally just throw the whole things in the microwave if you struggle to take the packs in and out of the little slots. I wouldn't recommend walking in them, but just slipping them on and sitting down for a while is so perfect! And they have a lovely lavender scent!

Can’t walk in them. But they are warm. 2 minutes in microwave.

Zero thought was put in to the idea that you might walk with these on.I tried them on as soon as I unboxed them and stood on one and it felt like I had two fist-sized rocks in my shoe. I tried shifting the medium around and flattening out and trying them back on, no change in feeling at all.Whoever designed these didn't think at all that someone would actually be walking on them which is wild to me considering they go on your feet....Can not recommend at all

These work pretty much as advertised. However; they do not hold the heat very well. They are comfortable for sitting or lying down; and although they were obviously designed not for walking, when you do, the 'beads' that hold the heat are very uncomfortable, like walking on little rocks in bare feet. They could have put a layer of padding to minimize this. Again though, these do work as advertised overall and I've found nothing better to recommend.

When used as directed these booots are incredibly comfy and warm. They remain warm even after the heat has dissipated They are easy to put on and remove I have had a stroke and I had to adjust to walking with them safely

Nice idea, I got the largest size, but they were too tight making them difficult to put on/take off.
