I bought this bag on 02-11-2023, and I just carry a sell laptop. Within two months time it broke very bad quality….please be careful with this product… the customer support is also of no use they are not replying to any of the calls…

My 15.6 inch bulky dell laptop fits in with ease. I ordered the scarters informal laptop messenger bag prior to this. Although the scarters bag had a better quality for the zip and the handle, it really lacked space compared to this product and I had to return it. Aircase signature seemed more spacious, looked and felt premium.

within a week the shoulder strap clip broken and i had just put a very light laptop in the bag of 1.4 kg. The company is saying of warranty of one year but i dont think they will replace as not responding to me. I am adiving the my friends not to go for this product as advertisement picture don't speak of real its all artificially created to lure and fool the people.

The bag is shattered (would have written torn at multiple places) after 08 months of average usage ( carried bag in car to office .. approx 100 mtrs of carrying in hand .. moderate items 01 diary and sometimes laptop) ..the stiching got torn after 03 months of usage and i got it repaired at local store . Now it is irreparable and need to buy a new bag .Will suggest to buy any other bag than this .

The media could not be loaded.  For style and caring light weight things then very good... But many changes of the previous quality kapra alag hain , chain alag hain , leather alag hain but design same hain sling wala handle main pocket vi nahi diya... But on that price it's very good for part time usage not for every day office travel

Writing review after using it three months. Bag design is good. Lot of storage pockets. But the synthetic leather material used could not bear the weight and force after using it three months. It could not hold the weight of 15"notebook, Power Adapter, mouse, one portable HDD, pair of reading glass, mobile charger, one notebook and TWS earphones. The synthetic leather breaks out of zippers and handle rings.Otherwise this bag is excellent and easy to handle.

As the name suggest " Aircase", may be it's objective to just have air and nothing else because as soon as you put laptop in it the bag starts to come apart from holding position. While the design is fancy, it cannot be used to carry laptop. Don't buy.
