My husband is using this brush he thinks it is the greatest. He had one for several decades, and was afraid he might lose it, so yes, he ordered another one. We are happy with our purchase.

This brush was beautiful (I've never bought one this expensive), but it didn't go through my fairly short hair as well as I hoped, so I returned it.

This is the style I've been looking for. A stiffer but not too stiff men's brush. Most are way too soft! However the bump on the handle should be less profuse!! For $30, I'd expected better!!!

The description says “firm” but it definitely is not- the bristles are almost a soft bristle and do not work well at all for hair that is thick and fine. I don’t recommend this product if you are looking for a firm bristle brush.

I've had this brush for 3 years, so it's time for an update. I bought quite a few brushes before this one, and all of them were awful. Bristles either too stiff or too soft. The bristles on this brush are right in the middle... perfect for my thin straight hair. The bristles almost never fall out, and the wood is lovely... however the handle itself is a bit short, which makes it a little harder to grasp than I'd like... another inch longer would have been terrific. Too bad the listing now says this brush is "no longer available" but perhaps it can stil be found elsewhere.

I spent a fair amount of time searching for a good, stiff hairbrush to replace my favorite which I left at our home in Croatia. I settled on the Fendrihan Genuine 100% Medium model with the pear wood handle based on the customer reviews and I am satisfied with my decision. Perfect amount of bristle stiffness for my thinning though coarse hair.Some of the reviews mention the odor of the brush but I believe this is from the linseed oil used to treat the handle.

This brush replaced an old natural bristle one that I had for many years but was looking a little 'threadbare'. Why did I have it for so long you may ask? Every brush I looked at in the store were made of 'plastic'. Plastic handle, plastic bristles.All claimed to be good and in all fairness they probably would be....just not for me. I was used to the natural feel so thats what i wanted. There are cheaper brushes and there are far more ridiculously priced brushes. This one was a fair price and a very good product. Compact for travel? YES Gentle on my scalp? YES If I ever have to buy another one this will be on the list for sure!

This is my only brush now. The boar bristles and quality are nice and feel good. I wish you had a larger paddle one too. I’d order that in a flash ! Thank you
