This shaving mug & brush are very good+ quality!! I really like them. The mug's made of fairly heavy, white porcelain & the brush has the nice quality black handle, with badger bristles. I could tell right away that they're very well made. And the mug is rather big & roomy too! So it'll hold even the larger shaving soaps. I use the Proraso soap from Italy, & it fits in there with room to spare. In fact, the mugs fairly tall & could probably take 2 Proraso soaps, which are great & pretty cheap here on Amazon. I highly recommend this shaving mug/brush set.Thanks!
