MAC Plum Lipstick - Film Noir (S)

I lost my MAC satin lipstick and was disappointed when I went to the store to learn this color had been retired. So thankful I was able to buy it here. This color is a deep brown and goes on smooth. No crumbling or caking. It has the right moisture. It dries smooth and stays on for hours. It is waterproof and does not get on my boyfriend when we kiss.

It’s like MAC is phasing Film Noir out, just like they did with “Currant” lipliner! I next to impossible finding the lipstick in any of their brick & mortars and website. I’m ecstatic 😍

I saw a sample of the MAC color Film Noir at a tester stand at Nordstrom. Apparently it was a sought after product and was completely sold out. I then ordered it online and was delighted to find it.However when the lipstick arrived and I opened it it had the consistency of a brick and even had a funky odor. I looked to see where it was shipped from and found out it was Germany! It seemed too much of a hassle in my busy life to return one lipstick. Sadly it was money wasted.
