Easy to swallow, natural, and helped with my inflammation!
I feel like it’s really hard to find products that don’t have a long list of ingredients. This one is more natural and I’ve seen a big difference in inflammation. I take 2 to 3 capsules a day, which is recommended, they’re really small and easy to swallow. A lot of the benefits are internal because it is an antioxidant. I’ve only been taking for maybe a month so we’ll see in a few months how much my body reacts positively to taking olive oil extract.
