Hardcore gamers might be disappointed
So first off, this device works as advertised. For the most part. It will push 8K @240 as advertised, but seems to have issues syncing when there's a delta between the bandwidths being required by different video cards. The KVM switching with built-in USB3 hub re-routing is really excellent and well implemented. Keyboard switching works with no occasional funky drops you see with other DP switches. The problem comes when you're running a really high-end monitor (Samsung 49" G9 ultrawide here) and you want to pair it with your work environment. First, the signal sourced from a good NVidia RTX 3000-series card is really going to consume plenty of bandwidth, so I was already running with 16k 80Gbps DisplayPort 2.0 cables, and bought an extra short one for this switch. All good. However, my MS Surface 4 laptop running intel graphics can't push the same bandwidth as my desktop and can't sync anything but 59.98Hz refresh through this switch. Not a big deal for work resolutions but switching to a different refresh rate causes a resync across the DP channel, and so when switching you get this bouncing effect where the display blinks a few times every time you switch. Running 3080x1024@120Hz helps, turning off dynamic super resolution (DSR) in NVidia control panel helps, but seemingly nothing can stop this device from forcing the DisplayPort channel to resync. I think that's really an issue with my (laptop) hardware and not the device, but in theory the device should have nothing to do with the channel sync, electrically. One Star off because high end gamers aren't going to like this issue.

Great quality and works as expected.
Been using this for awhile now and is working like I expected. I am only using it for keyboard, mouse, and video. Vid is 3840 x 1080 from both inputs and no problems. This is not for gaming just switching from server to laptop for coding.

Just what I needed for my work-from-home setup
I bought this kvm to replace an older unit that would only do 60hz @ 4k over HDMI. I have a work laptop and a home machine, both of which output to a qn90b 50 inch TV. The work laptop isn't very demanding, video wise, but my home machine is running a 7900 XTX, and I've had no problems at all running 4k 120 hz 10 bit RGB. The switch passed through VRR without any issues, but I haven's spent much time in that mode.I wish it had a switched USB port on the back for a web camera. The USB is 3.0, and it would be nice if it was 10Gb or faster. It has a wired remote, which I didn't bother with. When you switch HDMI inputs, it disconnects the other machine, so that is a bit annoying. My previous kvm would simulate a connection, so your windows aren't resizing due to the loss of the external monitor. But, the prior KVM I had used to lock up and so far this KVM has been issue fee.

TOP NOTCH features, but NOISY
This product was almost the holy grail of affordable 4 port KVMs, but it has one fatal flaw.First the good: it has all the features you'd want. Button switching, a remote keypad for switching, and even hotkey switching. I think it has keyboard hotkey switching, but I especially enjoyed the mouse switching. Double click the scroll wheel then click left or right mouse button to switch to the previous or next machine. Very neat! This was perfection in a very affordable package. Then it started making noise. Not noise in the audio channels, but actually physically, the box emits a high pitch squeal. Caveat, this may not affect the majority of people, but I'm a musician and have very sensitive/trained ears and it might as well be nails on a chalkboard to me.I had Amazon replace it for me, thinking it was defective, but the replacement does the same thing, so I think it's just a design flaw here. Cheap components maybe? That said, I loved the KVM so much I kept it. I was able to locate it far enough away from my desk (under my bed of all places) where I can't hear the squeal during normal operation. With the many remote switching options, this works for me.If they could solve the noise problem, I'd give this unit a 10 star review. It's really a nice unit other than that!

Works, but can't push 1440p at 144hz without flickering
I use this to switch my keyboard, AMP/DAC + headphones, webcam, and mic between my gaming PC and a macbook air. I work on the macbook and game on the PC. I keep the little switch on my desk, and while it does make a really loud BEEP whenever I switch inputs, everything else works well.EXCEPT for the fact that pushing 144 hz causes flickering in my display. This didn't happen prior to using the KVM. I get bands of static that will flick across the screen. This only happens at 144 hz on windows -- I decreased the refresh rate to 100 hz and the problem completely disappeared. The macbook only pushes 100 hz -- I'm assuming that I'd see the same problem at higher refresh rates.I've done a good job troubleshooting -- I swapped inputs, changed cables to 8k DP cables, confirmed the issue wasn't there without the KVM, etc, so I'm confident that the issue is coming from the KVM and not something else. This makes it impossible to game, and unpleasant to do anything else, so I'm basically stuck using a lower refresh rate, which sucks.Maybe I got a bad unit, but this was so close to exactly what I needed and dropped the ball in a pretty frustrating way.

Useful device, great service
Like others I had issues driving a monitor at 3440x1440@144Hz (with Gsync) with the included cables -- the display would flicker like mad (but okay at 60Hz). CKLau customer support helped diagnose and quickly sent me some different cables to try. So far so good after a day of use.The device itself is well constructed and solid. The connection points are solid. I did disable the hotkey support, as it was interfering with my keyboard, but the included wired remote is sufficient for my usage. So much better than my old USB-switch and change display inputs multi-step-process.

Great product
I needed a device that would let me plug my two computers into my 4k LG C2 display and switch between them easily. This product solves my issue and works flawlessly. The build quality feels great with a metal casing and the display cables included were high quality hdmi 2.1 ultra speed cables. I would highly recommend this product.

With proper cables it works! Ultrawide HDR 1440p/120hz monitor & 8K DP to USB-C hub adapter
Used the provided 8K DP cables to my USB-C multiport adapter with 8K DP output with a MacBook Pro (https://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B06Y5N3YCD) and an AMD GPU on 2nd PC.On first install I saw flickers and display artifacts until I realized I had used a DP cable that wasn't labeled "8K" with my monitor. Once I switched to a similar cable to the ones supplied with the 8K label, the flickers and display issues went away!

Does not work long term without screen flickering and shutting off
I've tried a bunch of different cables - the DP-to-DP cables it came with, my own DP-to-DP cables, DP-USB-C cables - and it doesn't matter, no matter what you do it'll work fine for a few hours and then the screen will start flickering until it eventually goes black and you have to shut the whole thing down to get it working again.
