Freud BL71MCE9 1-Inch to 5/8-Inch Saw Blade Bushing

Worked perfectly. I was able to use the 12” blade with 1” arbor hole on my 5/8” arbor table saw.

A bit pricey but you don't want to skimp when dealing with a 3400 rpm table saw blade. These bushings fit very snugly into the 5/8" arbor holes in my dado blade set, even had to use a hammer to tap them into place.

This worked for my lawnmower perfectly. My mower takes a blade with a 7/8” center hole. I couldn’t find a blade with that diameter hole. I purchased one with a 1” hole. This bushing fit snugly in the blade. The assembly fit perfectly in my mower. This bushing is made precisely to reduce a 1” hole to 7/8” exactly. I couldn’t find a bushing or washer at my local hardware store to fit this application.I mowed my yard with no excessive vibration. Without it, I would have had a lot of vibration from a non OEM blade.I don’t usually write reviews. But I am just that happy with this product. Now I don’t have to buy a new mower.

I've been looking for a bushing for my ancient table saw as they no longer make 1/2" auger hole saw blades. This was a perfect fit to take up the slop on a 5/8" saw blade! Such a relief!

Like others who reviewed this product, I used it to reduce the hole on a lawnmower blade from 1 inch to 7/8. I also have a Black & Decker CMM1000 lawnmower which uses a non-standard 7/8 inch hole. I've been searching for a replacement blade for a while without success. This adapter allowed me to use a blade with a 1 inch hole. This was a hard to find part, so even though this thing probably only costs 3 cents to make, I broke down and paid the $8 to get it. I couldn't find it in any hardware store. When I told the "helpful hardware man" what I needed, he looked at me like I grew a third eye in my forehead. I'm glad I was able to find it on Amazon.

Exactly what was ordered

Received 2 cabinet grade blades from a retired craftsman’s shop. The arbor hole had to be reduced to 5/8! For a few bucks invested I have 2 brand new blades for my table saw.

I got this to adapt an edger blade with a 5/8" hole to my edger with a 1/2" shaft bolt. It fit and worked perfectly. I inserted the adapter bushing into the hole with the blade on the ground, and put a strip of tape over both sides to hold it in place. Then cut out the tape over the hole and put it on the edger, and cinched down the bolt. Does just what I needed it to. This was necessary since my edger has a different sized bolt shaft than most affordable replacement blades out there, and I couldn't be happier.
