Looks great-not for children.
I played the big bad wolf in a Christmas show in Tokyo, Japan. The nose Fit and looked great. The edges were a little sharp at certain points-but a 30 second trim job with scissors did the trick. The nose is rubber-but very thick and sturdy. It is also very big-not suitable for children. It would swallow their whole face.

Looks good but came warped.
Had to heat up to straighten out. Was somewhat uncomfortable. But, got the job done.

Extremely uncomfortable
The nose digs into your skin. Extremely uncomfortable. Feels like a torture device.

Did not ship as stated, arrived very "folded" making it impossible to wear comfortably
decent quality, although arrived folded so it would take a lot to wear it comfortably. Unfortunately, it arrived a week after it was advertised "delayed." I returned it as it didn't arrive in time for school demonstration anyway.

This was for a costume and it was ok but a little to stiff of plastic. It came a little distorted and would not reshape.

It definitely came squished and misshaped when it arrived.

and he looked just like the book
Book Character Day at school, little man wanted to be "Dogman". This fit the bill just right. Some floppy ears, a blue hat and Tshirt, and he looked just like the book. This dognose was the icing on the cake. Arrived in plenty of time, and he loved it!
