Before I purchased my second bottle of this product, I was experiencing a bad cycle of scalp psoriasis: big dry crusts and lots of itching over a hot summer. I had tried this product a couple months ago, but thought it was too expensive. Adding this routine to my steroid treatment had healed my scalp before and gave me a clear month after finishing my first bottle. The weather changed, and my flakes came back so I needed to up my regimen and add amla again, so I needed a new bottle. I bought a different brand that was cheaper instead of this one... MISTAKE.The other brand I used after buying this made my problem worse because it was mixed with sesame oil as a carrier. My scalp erupted and was very sad. I was 1/4 through that bottle and went back to search my Amazon orders to find this. Price be darned, this stuff is pure amla, smells right and is the only natural product that has helped my scalp.Tip: I dampen my hair by spraying lightly with water, then apply my steroid and massage in. I then apply this oil to my scalp and massage. Cover with a plastic shower cap then my nighttime scarf. This has helped heal my skin, allowing some hair to grow back! It has also made my existing hair much shinier, stronger and longer. I'll always look for pure amla from now on!

I don't love the smell but it isn't overpowering. I have been using it on my scalp and hair and it seems to be working. My hair feels thicker and softer.

I don’t use it for hair growth but to heal psoriasis scales and itchyness. So far, it has been doing a good job. You can’t leave it in your hair when you go out unless you don’t mind looking like you have greasey hair. I use it at night and wash my hair in the morning.

This product is the very best for your hair . It’s very gentle and not oily . Definitely improves the health and growth of your hair. I’m very pleased with it and the price is right .

UpNature Alma oil has done wonders on my hair. I mainly bought this oil to prevent premature greying. It seems to have helped a little with the grey hairs that are just starting to come out. It has helped revive my hair from being dry to looking healthy and it shines. My ends that use to appear dry and brittle now look healthy. I’m not a fan of the smell but it is tolerable. I mainly use this as an over night treatment with my hair wrapped in a cloth and I wash my hair in the morning. This leaves my hair really soft. I like to do my hair treatment two times a week.

I just ordered this so it remains to be seen how it will work on my 2 gray hairs lol. But after reading online that Amla oil is good for the face too, I used it on my face. I do not have sensitive skin at all and use all types of oil on my face at night. I also literally have never had more than one zit on my face in my life and this broke me out so bad. I had like 10 zits on my forehead. I’ll update on the gray hairs but I just want to warn everyone to be careful using this on your face

I use a drop to tame my hair after I blow dry. I comb it in the crispy fried parts of my hair, and those areas become as healthy looking and feeling as the new growth underneath. I only shampoo and condition every 4 days or so, and the little amla oil i comb in the first day makes my hair so soft and healthy feeling each day. It looks wet for about an hour after combing into my dry hair, and then it becomes dry and soft like baby hair! Also, it has a rosin scent. It disappears in my hair, though.
