I have a big "farm style" kitchen sink, where this sponge holder fits nicely at one end of it, with room to spare. The holder is big enough for a standard-sized kitchen scrub pad with a little room to spare. I like the matte gray color which looks good against the stainless steel kitchen sink. The holder is easy to clean around and stays securely fastened to any smooth surface, thanks to the good quality, good-sized suction cups (where two are required to mount the holder, and they give you a third/spare suction cup in the packaging).As of this review, I've been using this holder for a couple of weeks and it shows no sign or wear or tarnish.10/10 would buy again.

I had a sponge holder similar to this, and after a few years the suction cups failed to hold. I bought this as a replacement, and I'm so glad that I did. Surprisingly, it came with an extra pair of suction cups (brilliant idea), is sturdy and well-made and does the job perfectly. About a week after I installed it, one of the suction cups failed so I replaced it, only to have the same side fail again. Turns out my sink is a little bit rough at the point that I was trying to stick the suction cup - I moved it to a different area and it has worked perfectly for several months now, despite being bumped and banged by every pot, cup or plate I put in the sink. I am very happy with this holder, and I plan on having one of these in my sink for the rest of my life.

The design is simple enough: the coated metal basket has slots for 2 suction discs (my package came with THREE discs included). Slide each into the slot on the small basket, wet each slightly, and try to stick them onto the backwall of the kitchen sink. Simple, right? Only if you get it right the first try. If you try to slide the thing to reposition it, the discs fall out of their slot and thus no longer hold the basket up. ARGH! At this time, you have to detach EVERYTHING from the sink and reset everything, and restart from the beginning.Once you get it set up right, and it has dried enough so it doesn't slide around and pop out of their respective positions, then the whole thing works like a charm.Still, for the low price I paid for it, it works quite well (once I got it set up right).

In the past I’ve tried several plastic sponge holders in the past and they all broke after a few months. I saw this model on Amazon and decided to give it a try. Span place for approximately six months and has never fallen off and shows no sign of failing. I like the fact that it’s made out of metal so it should last for years to come. Great product!

Originally, I purchased this sponge holder in September, 2023. It's a great little product and looks almost new despite it being near running water and in use throughout the day.I have had the best results getting this sponge holder to adhere to the inside of my kitchen sink when I follow these steps: #1. Clean and dry surface area of kitchen sink -- alcohol may be a good option. #2.Thoroughly dry inside of BOTH suction cups of sponge holder. Next affix a MINUTE amount of hand cream to the inside of both suction cups. Less is best. Next, affix the sponge holder (w/suction cups) to cleaned/dried area of your sink. Next, Firmly depress suction cups of sponge holder to sink. DO NOT put your sponge in the tray for a while to allow the suction cups with holder to dry. Thereafter place sponge in holder.I have had my sponge holder remain in place precisely where I have placed it for many, many months.The only time there's a problem is when I overlook the steps outlined after I've cleaned the area. If so, return to Start and repeat steps. This method should work for any sponge holder with suction cups or any suction cups used to mount an item.

Don’t have to write much. It’s cute, suctions well, and the assembly was super easy and simple. I’ve had it for a month so far and no rust at all. Keeps my sink organized and clean!
