Packaged well. Easy assembly. I really like the feel of the material. It's not overly comfortable. But, it is a futon. I didn't expected to fall in it. It is exactly as they described. It's better than I expected for the money. I love it.

Love this for my ‘drawing’ room… it’s comfortable and gives me plenty of room for spreading my art paraphernalia! :) You can also ‘let’ the back down so that it becomes a ‘bed’ also. It fits great right under my window where I get the best light to draw.

I use it every night with a memory foam topper and sheets it is pretty comfy more on the firm side. Couch works great too it looks nice in the room with my area rug. No issues assembling whatsoever just TOOK FOREVER said delivery was within a week or so and ended up almost being 2 and a half. The shipping updates don't update that well

If this is just an accent piece or something used every now and again, it's good. But, it is terribly uncomfortable to sit on for longer than like an hour. I had a guest stay over and sleep on it and when we woke up I noticed she had piled blankets underneath her to try to help avoid the "metal bar" feeling. She said it was terrible to sleep on, which I can imagine just by lounging on it.

This futon is very nice to look at but very uncomfortable to sleep on!
