Bag handles broke on first use! Initial contact with customer service good promising a replacement to be sent out and emails would be responded to in 24 hours however none of this has materialised! Bag broken so no use no refund! Very disappointed! Product very poor quality, workmanship and customer service also very poor!

Good quality and lots of compartments in large rucksack. Daughter is very happy and all the lil bags are handy for pens etc
