Sterling Silver Eternity Cross Pendant, 18"

This is a pretty little cross but the key word here is "little". I was expecting something a little larger, like at least an inch long. I suppose that is my fault for not paying attention to the measurements in the listing LOL. This measures slightly under 3/4 of an inch tall and only about 1/2 wide. Again, still pretty and I will wear it but I need a different chain. The one that comes with this is one of those that easily gets tangled in your baby hair on the back of your head. It is going to be difficult to find one though because the loop on the back of the cross is so small, it is going to take a very small end on the chain to fit through it. I tried using my current 20" chain and it wouldn't fit through the hole. For $17 it's not bad but I would say this would be more appropriately sized for a little girl up to young teen-age.

I was excited to receive this, after reading so many favorable reviews. However, I was very disappointed in the quality of the pendant. All I can figure is that the quality in the past was much better than it is now. If you can imagine what an average 8-year old kid might be able to make with some needlenose pliers, a small paperclip, and a large hammer- that's pretty much how this cross looks. It's the kind of thing that you find in a clearance bin at Walmart, marked down to about $3.00, but still they don't sell. On the pendant I received, the bottom arm is crooked, and the other arms appear squeezed, in comparison to the representative photo. I'm pretty sure it would have been made by wrapping silver wire (too tightly) on a jig made of four nails, popped off, a tiny bit of solder added to hold the ends together, then the whole thing gets smashed to help it lose malleability... then a bit more solder to add the hanging loop to the back- all done in 10 seconds. The color also seems too bright to me for silver, more like it was "flashed" for a quick finish instead of properly buffed, natural silver. I'm actually kind of glad that the lower arm is crooked, since that means that I can return it at no charge.

This is a very small cross. Be sure to find the size and realize how small it is. This is more for a small child than an adult. It would be helpful if one of their pictures compared it to a dime or had ruler measurements so you understand how small it is. Over all I am very happy for something that is less than $20.

I bought this item for my daughter for Christmas. I received the item in plenty of time - fast ship, but the pendant is VERY small. It is pretty and my daughter likes it, but was disappointed about the size. The quality seems fine as well with no tarnishing or discoloration so far.

This necklace is just perfect. It's just as it is described so be sure to look at the height and width listed on the website to be sure that it's right for you.The necklace is a great price and I think it is just so pretty. It's clean and elegant. The chain is really fine and so feels soft. I like the small size since it's there and present but not over powering. It's look is just right to be perfect with any outfit.Shipping was fast and just as expected.

I read the reviews and thought that there would be no chance that I'd have a problem with this cross. When I opened the box, I flipped it over because I thought I was looking at the back...but I wasn't. it looked unfinished and flat. It was a gift.I wouldn't order it again.

i am sure the size w/l of this pendant was given but 'items in this window sometimes appear larger than actual size'. It is adorable and I am wearing it!The chain it comes with is very nice quality! I am a larger size woman so it is small for me.

After reading other reviews, I knew that this was going to be a very small necklace. I was purchasing for my two young daughters so this was not a concern for me. They should really market this as a kids necklace because even expecting something small I was surprised at just how small the pendant was. It was perfect for my kids, but really too small for an adult. With that caveat, it is a great necklace.
