Not 13800 mAh
The product is totally worth 20 pounds, it is not 13800 mAh but it's 13000 which I guess is fine as it is close to its advertised amount of mAh. It took all night to charge but it lasts for that long as well, I have a S7 and it has charged it 2 times and is still at 41 percent, amazing product I would definitely recommend for people to buy

Charging it up, seems on course to around 13000Mah, but it did not!
Received it with 24% charged. It's around the same weight as another 10k Mah (genuine capacity), which is great. Had another power bank with a large (but fake 50k Mah), could only put in 20k.Back to this power bank. Partially charged a tablet and mobile till 0%. Now charging it up from 0 to 100%. At present it's at 46% about 5800 mah transferred. It's on course to fully charge to around 13000Mah which is close enough to the genuine advertised capacity. Charging at just under 2.0A, via usb C, my wire, which is the limit of the adaptor it's plugged into. Will update once it's done what's the final Mah charged. Looking good atm.So at full charge, the powerbank is only able to 'accept' just over 9k Mah. So it falls a bit short of it's advertised 13.8k. I'm not sure what electronic wizardly it has on it's power meter, but it goes from 0 - 100% consitently, even though after 60% charge, the charge rate is reduced by 50% to about 1A, yet the % still goes up as if it's charging at 2A! Saying that however it's still better than a lot of powerbank claims of x amount capacity and barely being able to get half of that. For the price even for a 10k powerbank, which I guess this would be the correct genuine capacity, it's still good value. And the torch light, it's usuable, nothing special, but I'd rather not have the torch, and use the space to add the missing 2-3k Mah capacity :).

Really handy on the go
I really love this power bank. It holds its charge really well when not in use and has re-charged my iPhone twice on a single charge. The usb c cable it came with was not great but I use my Apple cable and it charges/re-charges much quicker. I bought it in case we have any rolling power cuts this winter and am confident it will at least keep my phone charged for a couple of days. I bought it on sale so it was great value for money.

Great charger with percentage of charge left indicator.
Great charger to take out for the day to keep your phone active. I use it when I’ve got several apps open like Strava and maps. The percentage indicator lets you know how much power you have left so you know when to recharge. Great product.

Avoid
Product looks cool and has a torch feature. However, it doesn’t charge and when it does it takes ages and you will struggle to get it past 30%-40%. I have only had this about a month and it’s not working and I can’t return it as the return window has closed so it’s been a complete waste of money.I have mine charging currently, and it’s been charging for well over 8 hours and is sitting on 26% and will not charge beyond this. There is a little screen that tells you if the output is in or out, a lot of the time when it is ‘charging’ it’s stating both in AND out at the same time so this is possibly why it isn’t charging.A lot of other people have encountered the same issues so it must be a faulty batch or something, but definitely avoid.
