iPad 6th/5th Generation Case, iPad 9.7 2018/2017 Case, High Impact Hybrid Drop Proof Armor Defender Protection Case Built with Kickstand for New iPad 9.7-inch (A1893/1954/A1822)

I am not able to close the hard shell plastic case, because the measurement is off by 2 mm. Also, the picture alludes that there is a screen cover. Once I received the product I was disappointed to see that there wasn’t. I later reviewed the pictures on the listing and notice a tiny caption that said that there isn’t a cover. Finally, the holes on the hard shell make it difficult to press the home button. I will be returning this item.

UPDATE: The company gave me my money back, and a few days later my kids figured out the case. First of all, it was ice cold when I received, (It was -4 F outside) which didn't help- I waited an hour or so to attempt to put on, but that wasn't long enough! LOL The rubber outer case wouldn't budge. Once it warmed up, it was easy!Simple to install if there were directions included!1. Peel the outer casing off the hard plastic casing. My son started on a corner and it came right off.2. Plastic case snaps together, a top and bottom piece. Separate the two pieces, fit your iPad inside and snap the case back together.3. Reinsert the plastic case into the rubber outer case. DoneThe stand is a bit stiff in the back, but may loosen up with use. I dropped my ipad this morning, and it was totally fine. Great case!Original Post:I feel like I am going to break the iPad trying to pry it into the case. Frustrated... was excited to receive it, and now I am going to have to return it.

This is my second one. Glad I was able to find it again. I use for by small child’s tablet she has dropped it so many times and never was the tablet damaged. I also like because you have a better holding grip with no sliding through the hands without it.

Bought this a while back. My iPad fell screen I thought it broke but. It didn't so I love this case for protecting my precious iPad. Lol I don't knkw what I Wld have done if the screen broke.

The case seems well made. The rubber has several points where it has small tabs to keep it in place. It is also very soft, which is huge when you have a child with sensory issues. My son loves that it’s pink and purple. After he quickly dropped his iPad, we saw it was going to hold up well. When parent must have very expensive tablets to help their children communicate, I’m happy to see a company offering a decently priced case that helps keep it from being broken

I really like the protection of this case in the screen BUT within 3 days the back pedestal broke off. My granddaughter can only hold it now as it will not stand on its own.
