Q: Where can I find a sweater for him?

Well idk if this helps but maybe u could shrink clothing in the wash or take clothing off of a other doll

Q: Is it dark brown or light brown, and is it stiff, does it have the regular GUND stuffed? Is the bear look the same as the picture?

Toothpick bear is medium light brown, soft and cuddly. He or she is not stoff at all and is very easy for a toddler to carry around. I have a picure of my granddaughter hugging it and kissing the topportunity of her head, all in the same motion. She is only 18MO at the time.

Q: does this bear sit upright by itself or is it flimsy and needs to be propped up?

It is soft stuffed bear, but it can sit up by itself, if you post it in a right way. By the way, he is a really slim teddy bear

Q: Can this be considered a not-so-stuffed animal?

It is the usual soft, cuddly, stuffed animal Gund is known for. As pictured he can sit but when hugged he molds to the hugger.
