Delgado Protocol - DIM 855 Diindolylmethane Supplement - Improve Estrogen Balance for Women and Men, Maintain Clear Skin & Body Defenses w/Slowing Aging Process - 60 Capsules

I got this for my teen daughter with hormonal acne. I don't know if this is the right dose because the DIM is mixed in with other items in the ingredient list you can't tell how many mg there are, but dosing for DIM is supposed be 300mg. All the other herbs in here are great for cleansing and removing broken down and/or unused estrogens and androgens from the body, so I like the addition of those. The formula reminds of me dermacleanse only this formula is a lot more affordable and uses DIM instead of chase tree berry. My daughter and I both felt she saw improvements after starting this though, and she may disagree, I feel like by the time we finished the bottle the positive effects had started to wane some, so I am no so sure what to think. I am going to try straight DIM on her next at 300mg and see how that works for her without all the cleansing herbs, but I think I will be coming back to get more of this DIM 855 formula as soon as it is available again.

Sometimes I get bad acne and as a result I try to look for natural products that can help me. I came across these and decided to give them a try, after taking them for a few weeks I honestly did not notice a change. I will keep trying them and if anything changes I will update my review.

If you've never taken DIM before don't be surprised that it smells like rotten eggs or cabbage, "that just means it's working" :) Been taking these a few days and so far seems good - it's been a few months since I've taken this supplement but oh that odor! The last one I had needed refrigeration, this doesn't mention that. I've been handling a lot of plastics lately, so I'm counting on this to help me detox that estrogenic plastic material that gets in through our pores.

Easy to swallow, settles well, and offers a good supplement to help your body.

The benefits of this type of vitamins is very good, unfortunately haven't been able to try it I have so many other vitamins I need to go through.
