Why is the card slot in my wallet so tight?

It's normal that the new wallet would be a little tight at first, the card slot will perfect to hold your card or license after using for a while. So please don't worry about it.

How do I know if my wallet has RFID Protection Technology?

An easy way to test if your wallet has RFID protection technology. Search for Credit Card Reader NFC (EMV) on Google Play and download (APP is free, 1,000,000+ installs). Your credit card is safe in the FALAN MULE wallet.

It is very hard to close when all card slots have been used?

Each card slot is individually stitched—insert a card to prevent sticking. Slots may feel snug at first but will soften with use. Dual clasps let you adjust tightness based on how much you carry.

Why the color of the received wallet is different from the picture?

We believe in "what you see is what you get". We are working hard to solve the problem of chromatic aberration. Due to various factors such as display brightness and light level, the color of the item may vary slightly from the picture.

What to do if the walet zipper won't close?

It's normal fora brand-new wallet zipper to feel a little stiff at first when this happens, don't force it to the teeth, then gently work the pull back and forth a few times. This will help the zipper glide smoothly without damage.
