This is my first higher-quality knife, and I’ve been very impressed. It arrives with a protective sleeve for safe storage and is exceptionally sharp right out of the package. I even managed to nick my finger near the handle simply from picking it up carelessly—something that never happened with my old, dull knives! The edge does need occasional honing as it naturally dulls with use. I’m currently maintaining it with a honing steel, though I’ll likely move to a whetstone eventually. Overall, no complaints at all. I’m very pleased with the purchase and would recommend it.

I’ve never owned a real and sharp kitchen knife before until I bought this. This knife is incredibly sharp and easy to use. I have arthritis in my hands so slicing and dicing are almost impossible with a normal knife. I sliced a red pepper with this knife and I didn’t even put any pressure on it. It was definitely like cutting through hot butter. I’m pretty much speechless when it comes to this knife.

I really needed this knife. I loved the quality and the design. It feels very comfortable in the hand and comes quite sharp. It includes a sheath, which is a nice touch. A very good buy for the price, highly recommended.

Well balanced and start out of the box. A really nice started knife for my 12 y.o. son, perfect for smaller hands.

You get what you pay for. Definitely a nice knife, but the sharpness does not impress me. Sounds negative, yes, but the price doesn't allow for a paper cutting, tomato slicing without holding it knife. I like the knife, I'm not returning it, it is the better knife in my kitchen collection, I'm just not impressed. I haven't tried cutting meat yet, I rarely eat red meat, but I expect that it'll do just fine. Again, it is a nice knife with a good edge, I was hoping for a $200 knife at the price this knife is offered, silly me. I give the knife props, it hasn't cut me yet! Be careful with it, I recommend it to those that don't have really good knives in their kitchen. This will redecorate your finger tips if you can't handle a really sharp knife

It is well made knife I like how strong is the handle and It came super sharp out of the box. Definitely it makes cutting a lot more easy.

This is my first time buying a better quality knife and I have found it very good to use. The knife comes in a protective sleeve for storage and is very sharp. The extremely sharp edge does need to be periodically honed because it does dull after usage. I currently use a steel for this purpose but will probably need to use a wet stone at some stage. No complaints so far and pleased with the purchase.
