Cadmium (among many other metals that are carcinogenic/otherwise harmful in high enough concentrations) naturally occurs in soil. As a result, trace amounts can be found in all plant-based products (including chocolate, interestingly enough). Processing may also introduce additional traces as the other poster mentioned. Safe level standards differ at the federal and state levels. Of note, California has possibly the strictest regulations of any state regarding acceptable limits. Unless pregnant or nursing I (personally) wouldn't think very much of it. Of course it never hurts to consult your physician (and/or peruse some peer-edited research) if you have specific concerns.

Q: Why are the ingredients not listed?

My guess would be because these chips are made in Europe. Unless you have major food allergies.... who cares, because these chips are the best on the planet. If you are obsessed with chips, as I am, you don’t want to miss out on enjoying these great tasting chips. So buy enough to share, and believe me you will need extra bags. They will not last long, they are excellent.
