Rasy roti making.
Very good low carb atta. Makes good rotis and taste is good too.

Be very wary of such products!
I have loved a lot of lo! foods products and they help me make quick snacks in a pinch. But this was by far the most disappointing product of all.Pros:1. able to make quick rotis when travelling (all other keto roti recipes are quite complicated)Cons:1. the 'net carb' info is very misleading. its 5 gms per 15 gms of flour, which turns out to be quite high if you want to make a decent sized roti or want to have more than 1 roti per day.2. the flour turned out to be very gritty so its difficult to roll out a roti thinner than 3 mm which is more like the thickness of a puri.3. because of the texture of the flour, the roti tears quite easily while rolling (because of big seed chunks etc)Conclusion:Good in a pinch but wouldn't have bought had i been able to see the flour texture in a product shot. Also despite having wheat ingredients, doesn't taste like a wheat roti whatsoever

Lo Keto low carb flour
The best thing after starting keto diet. It's seems like a regular roti but a tad bit different taste,Was bored of eating veggies and nonveg without the roti..but this flour was definitely Savior. You can have these rotis once in a while..Good job and Thank you.

Not for strict ketoers
Taste is good but it's not strictly keto.. if you are on moderate keto then you maybe able to fit it into your macros. Also try to restrict to 1 roti or 2 puris coz its 5gms carbs per roti.. the carbs will quickly add up if you have multiples in a day

Tasty!
Tried keto atta , but was not able to make proper rotis from it, but we were able to easily make rotis from this. Good taste too.
