Thankfully, Amazon Made It Easy – My Gamble Paid Off
I first ordered the MSI B550 Gaming Plus from a different seller, but it arrived defective. Thankfully, Amazon gave me the option for a replacement or refund, and I went with the refund, since I had started checking reviews and noticed that almost all motherboards in the same price range had lots of 1-star ratings, especially from Indian buyers.Apparently, that seller has a bit of a reputation for sending defective products, though to be fair, other items I’ve bought from them worked fine. The board came sealed, so I think it was not their fault and most likely just a bad batch.Then I came across the MSI B550 Tomahawk WiFi. It only had one Indian review, but it was a full 5 stars. It was slightly more expensive, but I decided to take the risk and it worked perfectly with my Ryzen 5 5600X out of the box, no BIOS update needed.There was a small Wi-Fi issue initially, like other user had mentioned but it got fixed after running the MSI driver utility that pops up once after a clean OS install. Don’t close that window. And if you don’t have LAN to update your drivers, just use your phone’s USB hotspot to get online and update everything.I personally updated it using LAN cable.Shoutout to Apna Deal for sending a proper, working motherboard, and big thanks to Amazon for handling the return and refund process smoothly. Really glad it worked out in the end.P.S.My advice to anyone buying PC parts on Amazon is to purchase everything around the same time so the return window on your product stays open, just in case you receive a defective product.

Excellent Motherboard
The B550 chipset has the perfect support for the Zen 3 architecture. It works flawlessly with my AMD Ryzen 5 5600x and providing full range support.

Pathetic Amazon customer support !
Mobo has manufacturing defects buy at your own risk no Ethernet cable support since drivers can’t be installed and even if you connect Wi-Fi after a while same drivers gets lost! Tried everything but no solution found.Amazon not helping in return so I’m stuck with emi for 9 months with a non working board.Will never ever buy anything from Amazon again !
